Job Description:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in market research
- Expected to do primary & secondary preferably in a retail and banking domain research or consulting firm
- Strong qualitative research expertise, with working knowledge of quantitative techniques for FMCG OR SMCG
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of qualitative data into clear, insight-led narratives
- Familiarity with design thinking / human-centered design approaches
- Comfort and will have to perform on-ground research environments (dealer locations, customer homes, semi-urban / urban markets)
- Strong stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working in ambiguous problem spaces and translating insights into business relevance
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
