Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain databases to track litigation claims, case progress, and outcomes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on portfolio performance and claim status
- Participate in periodic calls with external stakeholders to gather updates and insights
- Develop and maintain cash flow models for valuation and pricing purposes
- Collaborate with internal teams (Investment, Legal, and Operations) on deal execution and portfolio monitoring
- Validate funding requests against approved deployment plans and underwriting assumptions
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and disclosure requirements in coordination with legal teams
- Support underwriting by reviewing key documents such as engagement letters, agreements, and client information
- Conduct research and analyze publicly available data to identify potential investment opportunities
- Track pipeline activity, deal flow, and portfolio-level metrics

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent preferred
- 3-10 years of experience in financial modeling, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, or data analysis
- Prior exposure to litigation finance, structured credit, asset management, or similar domains is preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
