Job Description : - Comprehensive analysis of companies and industries researching industry and market data, reading annual reports, investor presentations, research & credit rating reports, regulations, etc - In-depth review of a company's financial information e.g. analysis of annual reports, quarterly statements, business plans, financial ratios, etc to determine how an organisation has performed on an absolute basis and vs peers - Preparation of financial models, comparable analysis, valuation analysis - Preparation of pitch books, client presentations, information memorandums - Working closely with clients and other intermediaries during execution of a transaction - Engaging with Investors/Funds/Lenders to articulate the opportunity and address questions - Keeping oneself and the team up to date with market developments regulations (SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, etc), deal activity, investor flows and other relevant areas. Attributes & Skills : - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills, integrity and ethical standards - Deep commitment to work, with ability to work cohesively as part of a team - Capacity to multi-task while delivering high quality results in a timely fashion - Ability and experience in preparing succinct and high impact powerpoint presentations - Strong quantitative skills, including excellent excel skills - Understanding of regulations (SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, Income Tax) will be an added advantage - Quick learner with high level of initiative, drive and attention to detail - Excellent analytical and web researching skills - Willingness to travel as and when required Eligibility Criteria : - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (post qualification) in Corporate Finance Advisory/ Investment Banking/ Private Equity/ Corporate Banking/ Investor Relations - Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant /MBA (Finance)/ Chartered Financial Analyst
