Urgent Opening for Investment Banking Analyst- Mumbai- with a leading supply chain solutions company.


Eligibility:


- CA/ MBA from Tier 1 college

- Excellent Track record on Buy & Sell Side.

- Financial Modelling

- Immediate Joiners preferred.

Location: Mumbai

Position Summary:

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in executing transactions and supporting the firm's advisory and capital-raising services for corporate clients, financial sponsors, and institutional investors. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing client presentations, and assisting in the execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions), and industry research.

- Strong Experience on Buy Side & Sell Side

- Assist in the preparation of client pitch books, management presentations, and offering memoranda.

- Support live deal execution, including due diligence, process management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyze company financial statements and market trends to develop insights and recommendations.

- Maintain and update transaction databases and comparable company metrics.

- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to address transaction-specific needs.

- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

- CA/ MBA from TOP institutes

- 3-10 years of relevant experience (internship or full-time) in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial field.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, corporate finance, and valuation techniques.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet).

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
