Analyst - Fixed Income & Multi Asset Research

A fast-growing wealth and asset management firm is hiring a Research Analyst to support investment decision-making across equity, debt, and managed products. The role involves multi-asset research, fund evaluation, and direct collaboration with internal stakeholders and fund managers. The individual will contribute to portfolio strategy, client insights, and research process development across investment products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct research across equities, debt instruments, bonds, and managed products

- Analyse financial statements, market trends, and macro indicators for investment insights

- Support mutual fund and PMS research initiatives on a periodic basis

- Assist in equity research, including company analysis and sector deep dives

- Build relationships with fund managers for market intelligence and product insights

- Contribute to asset allocation inputs and client-facing investment discussions

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 2 to 4 years of experience in investment research, preferably debt / fixed income

- Exposure to bonds, debt markets, or multi-asset research is preferred

- Strong analytical and financial statement interpretation skills

- CA / CFA (completed or pursuing) preferred

- NISM Series XXI B certification preferred

- Willing to work full-time onsite in Hyderabad
