Job Title: FP&A Analyst / Senior Analyst

Qualification: MBA (Finance); Non-CA candidates preferred

BNC has been mandated to recruit a FP&A Analyst for a software services industry based in Noida. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units

2.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports with variance analysis

3.Support business reviews by providing insight into trends, risks, and opportunities

4.Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning

5.Collaborate with business teams to gather data and provide financial guidance

6.Work closely with the accounting team to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity

7.Support ad hoc analysis for leadership and board presentations

8.Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards for financial performance tracking

Key Requirements:

1.MBA in Finance or related field (Non-CA candidates preferred)

2.4-7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in the financial services industry

3.Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and forecasting methods

4.Hands-on experience in financial modeling and data analysis

5.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus

6.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

7.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
