About the Opportunity:

Finverge Advisors is hiring for a sharp, data-driven Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice. You will be deployed on-site at one of our high-growth clientsa Real Estate Tech (PropTech) startup based in HSR Layout.

This is a unique "Builder" role. You will operate on a dual-reporting line: administratively reporting to the Startup Founder to drive daily business insights, while functionally reporting to Finverge Advisors for guidance on technical standards and best practices. You will be the bridge between raw operational data and high-level strategic financial planning.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Heavy Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel. Given the Real Estate nature of the business, you will model cash flows, unit economics, revenue projections, and potential project scenarios from the ground up.

- System Setup: Move the finance function away from ad-hoc spreadsheets to structured financial systems and processes.

- Investor Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly Investor MIS decks, highlighting key PropTech metrics (e.g., Gross Transaction Value, Take Rates, Recurring Revenue, CAC).

- Variance Analysis: Track actuals vs. budget rigorously. You will investigate why specific costs spiked or why revenue lagged and present these findings to the Founder.

- Data Sanitation: Work with the tech and sales teams to ensure the operational data (customer counts, bookings, transaction volumes) is clean before it hits the finance books.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Education: CA OR MBA in Finance.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers with intense passion for Excel and finance are welcome.

- Key Requirement (Start Date): You must be available to join by January 1st.

Technical Skills:

- Excel Wizardry: This role requires heavy usage of Excel. You must be comfortable with building models from a blank sheet, using complex nested formulas, dynamic dashboards, and sensitivity analysis.

- Understanding of Real Estate/PropTech business models is a "Good to Have" but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

- Comfort with Ambiguity: As the first finance hire on the ground, you wont have a manual. You will write the manual.

- Stakeholder Management: Confidence to present numbers to a Founder while taking mentorship from Finverge consultants.
