Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual budgets and forecasts by collaborating with department heads and analyzing historical data and market trends, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Conduct monthly variance analysis by comparing actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of performance and providing actionable insights to management.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations by summarizing key financial data and trends, communicating findings to stakeholders, and supporting informed decision-making.

- Analyze financial performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.

- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling and analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and assessing the financial impact of business decisions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel and financial planning software.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A Chartered Accountant in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Adaptable to a contractual work arrangement within a fast-paced environment.
