Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join the finance team at our Pune office. The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with 47 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within a global MNC.

This role will require strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and global stakeholder engagement. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of financial metrics, business drivers, and cost structures to support key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across business units.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities, and presenting actionable insights.

- Collaborate with global finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial goals and business strategies.

- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with meaningful commentary and business insights.

- Perform cost analysis, monitor performance KPIs, and support business unit profitability tracking.

- Support the preparation of board-level and executive presentations.

- Leverage tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar) for reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- 4 to 7 years of experience in FP&A roles within global MNCs

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis

- Prior experience working with international stakeholders and managing multi-entity financials

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or equivalent)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
