Job Description:

Remote FP&A and business analysis role supporting an omnichannel consumer brand across Shopify DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop and wholesale.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber FP&A/Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the financial backbone of our retail and e-commerce operations, translating complex data sets into actionable business intelligence. You will partner closely with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making, optimize unit economics, and ensure fiscal discipline across our digital platforms. By bridging the gap between raw financial data and executive strategy, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and enhancing overall profitability in a fast-paced market environment.

Requirements:

- 3 - 6 years in FP&A, financial analysis or a comparable finance role, with retail and e-commerce experience, solid accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, financial modelling and hands-on QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

- The role covers budgets, rolling forecasts, channel P&Ls, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, 13-week cash forecasting, platform-to-ledger reconciliation, unit economics and commercial decision support.
