Role Overview

We are hiring a highly intentful and analytical FP&A Analyst from a startup environment to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with business teams and leadership to drive cost efficiency, performance tracking, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and KPI tracking

- Own forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning cycles

- Build and maintain financial models for business scenarios and strategic initiatives

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Excel

- Partner with cross-functional teams to support cost management and optimization

- Track actuals vs budgets and highlight risks/opportunities

- Identify and improve FP&A processes in a fast-paced startup environment

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

- 23 years of hands-on FP&A / Financial Analysis experience

- Must be from a renowned startup environment

- Big consulting / Big4 profiles will NOT be considered

- Candidate must be from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges only

Strong expertise in:

- Financial modelling

- Forecasting & budgeting

- Variance & scenario analysis

- Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, models, reporting)

- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy

- Proven cost management & cost optimization exposure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Highly intentful, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality

Education:

- Graduation in Finance / Accounting / Economics

- MBA / CFA is a plus (not mandatory)
