Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across business units

2.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

3.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership

4.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives

5.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and cost optimization

6.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis

7.Support business decision-making with data-driven recommendations

8.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting

9.Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar role

2.Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

3.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tools

4.Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred

5.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

6.Ability to work independently in a remote environment

7.High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Experience working with US-based clients or in a global setup

2.Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

3.Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA (Finance)
