Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. You will work closely with various departments to provide insightful analysis and recommendations that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

- Analyze monthly financial results, identify key trends, and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast to management.

- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide financial support for strategic initiatives.

- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.

- Support the annual budgeting process by working with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic projects.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models using Excel.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a Tier 1 institution.

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis and Financial Modeling.
