Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

- Provide timely and reliable financial analysis and projections, acting as a finance business partner to the accounting team and other business functions.

- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that include thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions for leadership.

- Conduct deep-dive analysis into financial data to identify and research variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses, proactively highlighting opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with central FP&A groups and business partners to define and track key metrics, goals, and business reviews.

- Lead and support corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions.

- Bachelors or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area, with a focus on FP&A.

- Proven experience as a finance business partner, ideally supporting a sales or go-to-market function (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, etc.).

- Strong understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.

- Demonstrated experience in developing financial reports and metrics.

- Superior analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple

competing priorities.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence others and drive projects across an organization through effective verbal and written communication.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a view of the big picture.

- Experience with the Anaplan platform is a plus.
