Analyst - Financial Planning & Accounting - CA/CFA

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst (CA/CFA) to join our team. This role offers exposure to high-impact financial planning activities, collaboration with PE investors, and end-to-end visibility on budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with business and functional teams

- Develop rolling forecasts and scenario analyses

- Track variances vs. budget and identify key business drivers

2. Financial Modelling

- Build and maintain dynamic financial models for business planning and decision support

- Support valuation and scenario planning initiatives

3. Cash Flow & Outflows Management

- Prepare and maintain weekly cashflow forecasts

- Track actual vs forecast cashflows and flag variances

- Monitor financial outflows, including vendor payments, capex, and other business expenses

4. Stakeholder Management - PE Partners

- Prepare periodic reporting packs for PE investors

- Support investor queries and presentations

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all investor-facing materials

5. MIS & Strategic Insights

- Deliver monthly financial analysis and dashboards for leadership

- Provide insights into operational metrics, margin trends, and cost efficiencies

Qualifications & Skills

- CA / CFA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience

- Prior experience in FP&A, preferably in a PE-backed or high-growth company

- Strong grasp of financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and Excel

- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and investor interactions

- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under tight timelines

This role is based in Bangalore. The working hours will be 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST, aligned with U.S. business hours to support our operations and stakeholders based in the United States.
