Responsibilities:  - Create and prepare the monthly reports that meet the users needs, provide insight to the business and support decision support and strategic insight. Review and update the format and content of the reports as new information and requirements are identified.  - Help establish and maintain a regular monthly and quarterly routine for reporting.  - Will assist in budget planing, business analysis and forecast reporting at the business/ regional level. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of AUM, revenue, expenses and Head count.  - Will assist controllership team in preparing accruals journal entries.  - Ensure that there is regular liaison and dialogue with the other business finance team to ensure consistency in approach and alignment with numbers and explanations.  - Ad hoc report requests and analytics   - Support and complete various efficiency and capacity - building initiatives, including automation/standardization efforts.  - Constantly evaluate systems, processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement.  Skills/ Qualification:  - 1 to 5 years of working experience in business/ financial planning and reporting  - Good accounting knowledge  - Knowledge of advance excels (LOOKUPS, INDEX, MATCH, SUMIFS, PIVOTS etc.)  - Knowledge of Essbase and of AP & GL module of Oracle an added advantage  - Strong communication skills   - Strong Analytical skills   - Experience in MIS reporting  Interested candidates can share their resumes at vaishali@careeradvantage.in
