Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice Management, Vendor Coordination, and Financial Analytics. This role will be key in managing all financial interactions between our client and their Service Providers. You will support purchase order processes, financial reporting, vendor performance tracking, and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Purchase Requisitions, create and track Purchase Orders (POs), ensure timely closure and documentation

- Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) activities and Invoice Management

- Maintain and analyze financial records, vendor information, invoice logs, and procurement activities

- Track financial metrics like actuals vs. forecasts, budgets, and highlight trends and variances

- Ensure contract compliance, manage renewals, amendments, and maintain audit-ready documentation

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve disputes and streamline invoicing processes

- Generate financial reports and dashboards using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

- Create financial presentations and communicate insights to client teams and service providers

- Ensure financial governance principles like transparency, traceability, and auditability are upheld

- Interpret and apply contractual language to day-to-day financial activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce; MBA in Finance preferred

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in P2P, Invoice Processing, and Contract Financials

- Sound understanding of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Procurement & Vendor Management

- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP a must), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment is a plus

- Knowledge of contract law and compliance will be an added advantage
