About The Role:
- We're hiring a FP&A Analyst to support our GTM, Sales, and Marketing functions.
- In this role, you'll partner directly with business leaders-including Sales Ops, Marketing, and Strategy-to shape strategic investment decisions, optimize ROI, and drive topline growth.
- This role blends financial planning, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, giving you exposure to high-impact business decisions at a fast-scaling SaaS company.
What You'll Do:
- Support FP&A Tem and build the annual planning and forecasting process for GTM functions, including sales capacity planning, commissions modeling, and marketing spend analysis.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales & Marketing leaders (based out of the US), delivering insights to influence resource allocation, campaign ROI, and performance tracking.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports covering ARR, bookings, pipeline coverage, CAC, GRR, and productivity metrics.
- Provide proactive recommendations on quota design, resourcing, and territory alignment.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting for business reviews and board preparations.
- Partner with Accounting and Business Operations during close cycles to ensure accurate accruals and alignment with budget.
- Build scalable, flexible financial models that support scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously improve forecasting processes and financial systems (e. , Workday Adaptive).
What We're Looking For:
- 2-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategy, or Business Finance-SaaS/Tech experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GTM metrics, including CAC, ARR, pipeline conversion, sales productivity, and marketing ROI.
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or BI tools (e.
, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proven ability to build executive-facing presentations and financial models that support decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset.
- The position requires 3-4 hours of overlap with morning PST time-zone to allow hand-off and review meetings with US partners
