Our mission is to enhance the competitiveness of our clients by facilitating the development and execution of world-class cost management solutions.   Educational Qualifications:   - Bachelors Degree (BBM, B.Com, B.E., B.Sc)   - MBA Preferred   Location: Bangalore, India - Candidate must currently be based in Bangalore   Work Experience:   - Minimum 2 year work experience (references needed) preferably in consulting or in the oil & gas industry   Skills:   - Strong quantitative and analytical skills   - Research skills   - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must   - Excellent written and oral communication skills   - Knowledge of business accounting (ability to analyze company financial statements)   - Multi tasking   - Ability to work independently   Work Profile:   Work with the Clients Procurement / Supply Chain department to:   - Create Supply Market Analysis reports on various categories (both products and services) to:   - Understand the global/regional supply market.   - Identify the leading suppliers and evaluate them by conducting ratio analysis and SWOT analysis.   - Understand the market dynamics by identifying and tracking demand, supply and cost drivers and conducting Porter's Five Forces Analysis.   - Create Sourcing Strategies using Anklesaria's 3-step Strategic Sourcing process.   - Conduct cost analysis for any product or service purchased by the client by:   - Creating Should Cost Models to calculate how much it is costing a supplier to either manufacture a product or provide a service and use these models to better negotiate with suppliers.   - Creating Price Discipline Models to evaluate the reasonableness of a supplier's request for a price increase.   - Creating Total Cost of Ownership Models to evaluate the total life cycle costs associated with owning a product / service / capital equipment over its expected useful life.   - Should be willing to travel internationally and for extended time periods (up to 3 months)
