Notice period: - Immediate to 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B API sales in UK, US, and Europe
- Identify new customers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and closures
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients
- Coordinate with regulatory, QA, SCM, and production teams
- Understand customer requirements related to DMF, GMP, COA, regulatory compliance
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and contract renewals
- Participate in international pharma exhibitions and business meetings
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of API products and pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in international B2B sales
- Understanding of regulated markets (USFDA, EMA, MHRA)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
Education Qualification:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related field)
- MBA (Sales / Marketing) - Preferred
Experience Required:
- 9-18 years of experience in API Sales / International Pharma Sales
- Proven exposure to UK, US, or European markets is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with generic pharma companies or API manufacturers
- Existing client network in regulated markets
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset
