Analyst - Business Strategy - Private Equity

A leading private equity fund is looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience to be a part of the CFO's team

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial performance review

- Prepare insights and recommendations for the CFO and leadership team on key strategic priorities.

- Track business KPIs, financial metrics, and variance analyses.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor execution against strategic and financial goals.

- Develop management dashboards, board presentations, and performance reports.

Provide analytical support for fundraising, budgeting, and capital allocation discussions.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-4 years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Finance or FP&A

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).

- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise insights for senior management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
