JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a sharp, highly organized and proactive Business Analyst / Business Planner to support Chairman / BOD to make Business Plans and track its execution.

Help the Company to plan its Corporate Strategy based on Market Research, Technology Roadmap and Business Opportunities, to maximise Value creation to Investors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Execution. S/he will act as an extension of the CXO's-helping translate Vision into Action, track Mission-Critical Priorities, and analyse various Ongoing Projects for value delivery across the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

The incumbent will primarily be in charge of :

- Business Planning : Prepare short term and long-term plans to maximise the business potential. Prepare AOP and action plan along with resource requirements to achieve the AOP.

- MIS : Analysis of monthly MIS, identify gaps and propose improvement plans.

- Investor MIS : Monthly / Periodic reports to Investors

- DSS : Techno - commercial feasibility Studies for Capex / Opex decisions

- Support Fund Raise plans

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- 2-5 years of experience in an Analyst role in Management Consulting or Corporate Planning

- Engineer / CA + MBA (Finance & Operations) from premier Institutions
