Roles and Responsibilites

About the Role: We are expanding rapidly and are now strengthening our Technology Hiring Practice. As an Analyst/Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this vertical building strong candidate relationships, driving business growth, and engaging with senior technology leaders across the ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

- Build and nurture a high-value network of senior tech professionals

- Advise candidates on meaningful, strategic career moves

- Partner with founders, CXOs, and investors to solve complex hiring needs

- Contribute directly to the growth and reputation of a fast-scaling search firm

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's Degree (preferably MBA) with 2 to 3 years' experience working in a Technology hiring.

- Prior experience in Technology hiring will be preferred.

- If you are a customer-centric professional with a bias for action and strong track record of success in academics (MBA), performing arts or sports (National/International) and want to be part of fast-growing executive search firm, we will be keen to have an interaction with you.
