Analyst/Associate - Risk & Performance Reporting Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyst / Associate (3-8 Years)

Investment Analytics & Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and analytics packs for internal stakeholders and clients.

- Compute and validate risk metrics, exposure breakdowns, return attribution, and portfolio characteristics.

- Support monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reviews.

Data Management & Automation:

- Extract, clean, and transform data using Python and SQL.

- Build and enhance automated reporting solutions using Power BI.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of investment data across systems.

Portfolio Support:

- Assist investment teams in analyzing private equity or private credit deals.

- Support scenario analysis, stress testing, and performance benchmarking.

- Track key KPI's, covenants, and financial metrics for portfolio companies or credit positions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with investment, risk, operations, and technology teams to streamline data processes.

- Provide insights and respond to ad-hoc data or reporting requests.
