This full-time, on-site role involves working closely with senior investment professionals to screen, evaluate, and research investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the entire investment lifecycle, from initial screening to post-investment portfolio management. Key Responsibility Areas: - Deal Screening: Proactively screen potential investment opportunities, do primary and secondary research, and financial analysis. - Due Diligence: Coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, operational, legal, and market analysis, to inform investment decisions. - Financial Modelling and Valuation: Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, performing scenario analysis and valuation assessments. - Investment Execution: Support the investment team in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and facilitating the closing of investments. - Portfolio Management: Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement growth strategies and operational improvements. Qualifications & Work Experience: Chartered Accountant/MBA with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in VC/PE, investment banking.
