Position: FP&A and MIS Professional

This Group is a global conglomerate with diversified businesses in real estate, financial services, retail, and hospitality. We are looking for dynamic FP&A professionals with strong MIS and dashboarding capabilities to join our Finance Centre of Excellence in Noida. This role offers exposure to global operations and senior management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning for assigned business units.

- Perform variance analysis versus budgets/forecasts, identify key drivers, and recommend corrective actions.

- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business strategies, new projects, and investment decisions.

- Support strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial insights to management.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, treasury, etc.) to align financial outcomes with business objectives.

MIS & Dashboarding:

- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and executive dashboards for senior management and group-level reporting.

- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

- Track and report KPIs, operational metrics, and financial performance indicators at business unit and group levels.

- Present business performance dashboards with drill-down analysis for management reviews, board meetings, and investor updates.

- Work on data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau/Advanced Excel) for interactive and insightful dashboards.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of FP&A processes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

- Expertise in MIS, dashboard creation, and data visualization.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI / Tableau / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is an advantage.

- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

CA (First / Second Attempt preferred)

OR

MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School
