Job Description:

Hiring for some exciting roles in "Financial Modelling & Valuation" for a BIG 4. Roles exist across different levels - pls see details below (Stream 1 and Stream 2)

Location: The location for these roles in Kochi / Trivandrum, in Kerala.

Those not willing to shift to Kerala, will need to work for the first 6 months at Kerala and then shift to and work from Bangalore.

Stream 1 : Financial Modelling

Roles - Advanced Analyst, Assistant Manager & Associate Manager

Advanced Analyst: Work with / support the MENA client-facing team on various Infrastructure Transaction Advisory engagements in terms of PPP feasibility studies, Market assessment and Market Sounding, Procurement process and bid evaluation, current state assessment and in conducting primary surveys (B2B) to support the engagement requirements (onshore and offshore support).

Assistant Manager & Associate Manager:

- Leading a team of financial modellers who are engaged in the development and review of financial models.

- Managing client relationship with various user offices across MENA region and actively taking part in business development initiatives of the firm.

- Develop and review of financial models for purposes including strategic planning; feasibility study, capital allocation; transaction support; mergers and acquisitions; investment appraisal; financial accounting and reporting purposes.

- Liaising with the onshore team and acting as a single point of contact in project execution and delivery.

- Have an eye for detail to assess the model for its accuracy, viz, arithmetical, and logical flow of items in the model and raising the review observations to ensure quality

- Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed

- Maintaining long-term client relationships and networks and cultivating business development opportunities

- Use current technology and tools to innovate and enhance the effectiveness of services provided and act as a leader in adopting new tools and techniques

Requirements:

- 1 to 8 years of strong (preferably consulting industry) experience in: "Designing" financial / economic models from ground up (must have), feasibility study, project financing.

- Domain exposure: Infrastructure / PPP / Government Advisory

- Applied knowledge on project finance / PPP / infrastructure advisory

- Experience in business analysis and client management in a consulting environment (Preference for exposure in Infrastructure Advisory related activities)

- General understanding of Public Private Partnerships/Project Finance, Deal Structuring and Procurement Process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

- CA / CFA / CPA preferred or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background

Stream 2 : Financial Modeling & Valuation

Role - Assistant Manager

- "Designing" financial models / economic models from ground up (must have)

- Discounted Cash Flow

- LBO

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; Masters preferred

- CA / CFA / CPA preferred or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background
