- Financial modelling, cash-flow analysis & asset-level performance tracking

- Business plans, budgets & quarterly portfolio reporting

- NOI, IRR, Equity Multiple & variance analysis

- Investor dashboards & reporting packs

- Valuation coordination & asset-level analysis

- Leasing, re-tenanting & competitive benchmarking

- Investment Committee presentations & strategic projects

- Exposure to refinancing, dispositions & JV opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

- 2 - 5 years in Real Estate Investment - Asset Management - Investment Banking

- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills

- Commercial real estate exposure preferred

- Strong analytical & communication skills

- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
