PFA the JD below.   Private Banking USA  Job Description  Business Title : Analyst-Asset Allocation			  GENERAL SUMMARY  - Assist in the support of the service offering within PB North America for Relationship Managers to create custom asset allocations, proposals, and wealth projections for their clients.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  1. Support internal sales force within Private Banking Americas in the definition and reconciliation of customized asset allocations   2. Utilize innovative asset allocation modeling system to define portfolio compositions and portfolio profiles  3. Individual will work closely with internal investment strategy and portfolio construction teams to gather and understand investment profiles to support asset allocation and portfolio proposals.  OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  - May perform other support duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.  QUALIFICATIONS  - Good quantitative, qualitative, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask while remaining focused in fast paced team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required.   - 3-5 years professional experience in Wealth Management Analytics.   BUSINESS COMPETENCIES  1. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with Wealth Management analytics  2. Good understanding of financial markets and macroeconomics  3. Fundamental understanding of asset allocation principles  4. Solid excel skills  5. Strong quantitative skills, including background/experience in statistics  6.
