Analge Infotech - Lead/Manager - Fund Accounting/Fund Reporting

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end NAV calculations, capital activity, management fees, carried interest waterfalls, and financial statement preparation under US GAAP, IFRS, and Lux GAAP for a portfolio of PE, Real Estate, and Hedge funds.

- Review and approve NAV calculations and financial statements for Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Credit funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulatory standards.

- Prepare and review Management Fees Calculation files and Quarterly Financial Statements; report NAV to clients.

- Calculate management fees and carried interest; record transactions in Investran.

- Prepare journal entries for fund activities and process capital activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.

- Manage end-to-end capital call process: cash tracking, investor chasing, reconciliation, and weekly cash monitoring.

- Prepare daily NAV and manage capital activity (subscriptions and redemptions) at the fund level.

Experience or Skills Required:

- Minimum 11 years of experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Reporting.

- Hands-on working experience in various Fund Management Application / Platforms are preferred.

- Good understanding of financial instruments.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Employment Details:

Employment Type: Initial Contract period of 1 to 2 years (with possible extension / conversion to permanent based on the performance.)

Job Location: Hyderabad.
