AMWL - Manager - Industrial Relation

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead IR strategy for a new manufacturing site

- Build productive relationships with government bodies, local authorities, and community stakeholders

- Ensure statutory compliance and implement progressive IR practices

- Drive harmonious employee relations and organizational culture

- Manage workforce planning for phased project execution and commissioning

What We're Looking For:

- 8- 15 years of strong IR experience in manufacturing

- Hands- on exposure to greenfield setups (preferred)

- In- depth knowledge of labour laws & compliance frameworks

- Strong negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills

- Candidate must be fluent in Gujarati language
