
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Talent Management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Manage and enhance Performance Management Systems (PMS) ensuring fairness and effectiveness.
- Plan, design, and execute Organizational Development (OD) interventions to improve business performance.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Support employee development, engagement, and retention through structured programs.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company standards and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Experience: 12-18 years in HR with strong exposure to Talent Management, PMS, and policy formulation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive change and implement strategic HR initiatives
