Amul - Chief Executive Officer - Bharat Taxi

Required Professional Experience:

Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership position preferably in mobility/ ride-hailing/ logistics/ transportation sector. The candidate should possess expertise in setting up and managing large scale operations, driving productivity improvements, enhancing safety standards, and achieving business turnaround in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems.

As Bharat Taxi shifts its focus from market entry to scaling operations, it requires individuals with strong leadership capabilities, proven strategic vision, and a track record of driving organizational growth and performance. We expect an ideal candidate to have demonstrated the following capabilities:

- Defining and executing company's long term vision, mission, & growth strategy and identifying new market opportunities, partnerships and strategic expansions.

- Driving innovation in mobility solutions, technology, and customer experience.

- Developing and overseeing financial strategies, budgeting and capital allocation.

- Engaging with investors, board members, and stakeholders to drive value creation.

- Ensuring scalability, efficiency, operational excellence across all business units.

- Overseeing day to day operations including driver ecosystems, customer experience, pricing and supply-demand optimization.

- Building, mentoring and leading a high-leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and customer centricity and being adept in running large scale lean operations.

- Engaging with government authorities, regulators, and policy makers and ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

- Managing public relations, brand positioning and corporate reputation.
