Job Title: Vice President Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1018 Years (Minimum 4 years in leadership/team management roles)

Qualification: CA / MBA (preferably from top-tier institutes)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President Finance to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, investment decisions, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the COO/CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Drive capital investment decisions and strategic financial initiatives

- Implement financial models, due diligence processes, and performance tracking for acquisitions or partnerships

- Oversee vendor management, compliance, audit processes, and MIS reporting

- Ensure effective cash flow management and allocation strategies

- Align finance strategy with senior leadership expectations and business goals

- Streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency

- Manage external and government audit interfaces where applicable

- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
