Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations, guide decision-making, and drive financial discipline across the business. This leadership position reports directly to the COO/CEO and requires a strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, investment evaluation, and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Lead end-to-end financial strategy, including long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Develop financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business performance assessment.

- Monitor business KPIs, financial risks, and opportunities, and present insights to senior leadership.

Capital & Investment Management:

- Drive capital allocation decisions, ROI evaluations, and investment feasibility studies.

- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

- Evaluate funding requirements and optimize capital structure where required.

Operational Finance Leadership:

- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and expense controls.

- Implement financial controls, governance frameworks, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

- Lead vendor financial evaluations, contract negotiations, and payout governance.

Compliance, Audit & Reporting:

- Oversee internal, external, and government audit processes, ensuring 100% compliance.

- Ensure accurate and timely generation of MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.

- Maintain strong governance related to taxation, statutory compliance, and risk management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partner closely with the COO/CEO and leadership teams to align financial decisions with business priorities.

- Collaborate with business units, operations, and technology teams during budgeting and performance tracking.

- Communicate financial performance clearly to key stakeholders, including global teams.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring development, performance management, and capability building.

- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Hands-on experience with financial modelling, due diligence, valuation, and investment analysis.

- Strong understanding of audit processes, compliance frameworks, and financial governance.

- Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Leadership & Behavioral Skills:

- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in leading and managing finance teams.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Exceptional analytical thinking with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and composure in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skillscapable of presenting financial insights to leadership clearly and confidently.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multi-country financial operations (preferred).
