About the Role:.

- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and provide strategic insights that drive business growth.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and reporting, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.

- Conduct variance, trend, and sensitivity analyses to identify business opportunities and risks.

- Deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings.

- Ensure accuracy in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

- Supervise payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

- Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

- Drive cost optimization and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.

- Oversee funding activities, banking operations, and liquidity management.

Performance Evaluation & Value Addition:

- Evaluate financial performance using KPIs and metrics.

- Provide value-adding insights for improving profitability, efficiency, and business outcomes.

- Partner with leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives.

Compliance & Audit:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for timely compliance.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement:

- Leverage financial analytics and automation tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Implement process improvements and best practices across finance functions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of FP&A, accounting, P&L, cash flow, and budgeting.

- Excellent command over financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel or BI tools.

- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on business value creation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; MBA (Finance) or CA preferred.

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, and accounting management.
