Should be abreast with latest trends and technologies and provide innovative solutions.   Job Requirements :  - At least 7 to 10 years experience in supporting & managing business critical projects.  - Experience in application design & development and exposure to the following: .NET Stack, Middleware components like Message Queues, OOPS Concept, Data structure & Algorithms.  - Strong incident/change/release management skills for continuous improvement.   - Capital Market domain knowledge is mandatory.  - PMP/ITIL/Prince2 certification and process knowledge is mandatory.  - Should have experience in assisting partners in pre-sales engagements, competitive scenarios, implementation, deployments, configuration and customization of CRM.  - Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.
