Business Office is a strategic unit which is designed to enable business operations and strategically develop the overall capability of the firm.  Marketing @ Amrop is founded on Thought Leadership. It’s about building and marketing content which presents our expertise and point of view on wide range of leadership matters. Our key stakeholders are CXO’s and Boardrooms, hence a marketing function’s aim is to build the Amrop brand with these stakeholders ‘World of Leaders’. The Marketing function focusses on two primary aspects:  - Building Content  - Marketing Content  The position we seek to appoint for focusses on the latter i.e. Content Marketing. Being part of the business office, this role, based in Gurgaon, has 3 primary elements:  - Content Marketing  - Pre Sales  - Internal Business Operations Support  Role Description:   Content Marketing:  - The person in this role will develop and drive a targeted approach to marketing content to our key stakeholders ‘World of Leaders’ by segmenting them and using range of communication platforms to engage them.   - He/she will develop the marketing communication infrastructure by a combination of outsourcing and in-house capability.  Key areas of work here would be:  - Lead content design initiatives basis in-house and/or outsourced services for business operations and on project basis (both digital and print)  - Manage marketing communication end-to-end across platforms, including measuring effectiveness/impact. Build Content Communication Campaigns.   - Build CRM capabilities (including database management) and leverage it creatively to ensure different audiences receive the targeted communication. Active segmentation of the ‘world of Leaders’ and managing this segmentation for targeted marketing communication.  - Be the custodian of firm brand elements and their appropriate and consistent usage across communication platforms, both internally and externally  - Lead the firm’s policy decisions on online presence across platforms and operationally manage initiatives and online presence for impact, currency, and active engagement with audience  - Be responsible for website management, updation, and tracking.   - Manage all online marketing events (e.g., webinars, podcasts, videos)  - Be responsible for analytics both as inputs for new initiatives and for measuring post-implementation impact  Pre-Sales:  - Support business development initiatives by building:   a) Targeted presentations  b) Research and analysis of target companies, industry perspective, market trends, etc.  - Be the custodian of repository of client documentation including marketing communication   Internal:  - Manage internal global database for India  - Create processes and put audit systems in place for proper usage and quality adherence of all business operations documents  Desired Experience:  We are looking for a creative and hands-on individual who has managed various aspects of the role as above in a service organization over the last 3-5 years of professional experience. An ideal candidate will have the following skills, experiences, and knowledge:  - Experience in social media strategy and running online campaigns  - Working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, WordPress or equivalent  - Google Analytics certification highly desirable  - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint  - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
