Key Responsibilities:
PMO & Tracking:
- Maintain dashboards of ongoing strategic projects and track action items to closure. - Follow up with functional heads and ensure timelines are met. - Proactively identify delays, blockers, or overlaps.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee manufacturing and supply chain operations with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Monitor cost and inventory systems to support profitability.
- Leverage digital tools and dashboards for decision support and operational control.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Engage with multiple departments to identify synergies, risks, and interdependencies.
- Help align business teams on common goals and timelines.
Presentation:
- Build, update, and polish high-impact presentations and reports for leadership reviews, investor decks, and strategic meetings.
Business Analysis:
- Support data collation, research, and ad hoc analysis for business decisions.
- Work on internal reports and insight generation.
Leadership Support:
- Be the right hand to the Director - present summaries, schedule reviews, and prepare documentation required for critical decision-making.
