Key Responsibilities:
- Software Asset Lifecycle Management : Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for software assets, ensuring visibility from procurement to retirement.
- Tool Administration & Optimization : Configure and manage Zylo, OpenLM, and other asset management tools to onboard applications, monitor usage, and automate license reclamation where appropriate.
- Data Governance & Accuracy : Validate, normalize, and reconcile data from multiple sources (e.g., Zylo, OpenLM, SAP GL, Coupa, contract management systems) to maintain a single source of truth.
- Automation & Workflow Development : Create scalable workflows for usage monitoring, renewal tracking, license reclaiming, and compliance alerts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, and business units to align on software asset data, budgeting, compliance, and governance.
- Reporting & Insights : Build structured reporting and dashboards to support optimization, audits, vendor negotiations, and executive decision-making.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement best practices for software asset management, license optimization, and data stewardship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 8+ years experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or related enterprise technology operations.
- Experience with asset and cost management tools (e.g., Zylo, Snow, Flexera, OpenLM, ServiceNow SAM).
- Strong skills in data validation, system integration, and cross-platform reconciliation.
- Proven ability to design and maintain structured reporting, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.

- Contract metadata linked for all high-impact software assets.
- Automated reporting enabled for compliance, renewals, and spend optimization.
