Sales Manager NorthAmerica /PANI India Geo- Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving annual sales targets allocated by the company by effectively leading and guiding the sales team. Ensure team alignment, target acceptance, and achievement by building and executing sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Head.

- Oversee the development of weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals by managing the team's performance, identifying growth opportunities, improving sales processes, optimizing product mix, and ensuring departmental targets are consistently met.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and B2B customers (North America / Canada), while leading the team in managing the complete sales cycle - from lead generation, demonstrations, proposals, and pipeline management - through to final revenue realization.

- Monitor brand positioning and market performance, guiding the team in forecasting and trend analysis to identify new opportunities, offer a competitive edge, and keep the business ahead in the market landscape.

- Lead the sales team in effectively communicating AmpleLogic's value proposition through discovery calls, demos, proposals, and presentations. Work closely with cross- functional teams to develop client- focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions that exceed allocated targets.

- Coach and develop team members to enhance their listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Foster strong communication across the team, ensuring consistent and effective client engagement.

- Drive expansion into new markets and industry verticals by enabling the team to explore and build AmpleLogic's footprint in Pharma and Non- Pharma sectors (e.g., Cosmetics, Cannabis, Gene Therapy, Tobacco Manufacturing, Food & Beverages).

- Guide the team in consultative selling with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross- selling opportunities. Promote account expansion and support the acquisition of new clients (new logos).

- Oversee proposal documentation and commercial negotiations by supporting the team with technical expertise on IT products. Ensure sound deal structuring to help the team meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Collaborate with cross- functional departments, including Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Product Management teams, to amplify the AmpleLogic brand. Lead post- sales coordination with PM teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer go- live success.
