Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and Owns Computer / Server & Storage business in the given region, including Topline / Bottom-line.
- Basically own the complete business.
- Be a sales enabler for Compute and Storage business for the region.
- Have complete business alignment with Internal Sales team in the given region / territory.
- Lead and Manage OEM Alliances and engagement for the given region Close coordination and manage sales opportunity alignment.
- Ensure consistent enablement for the sales team across various Compute / Server & Storage Technologies.
- Ensure GTM strategy is aligned with Sales Team to ensure maximum Coverage.
- Close coordination & day to day traction and working with OEM, Distributors & Internal Sales team.
- Coordination with various cross functional teams in HO & regions (BMs & KAMs) in making things happen.
- Work with Marketing to run the brand strategy for the region including local initiatives to drive market penetration and demand generation .
- Ability to build strong OEM relationship at the regional level.
- Should have experience in handling multiple Big-ticket deal size in Compute and Storage technologies.
- Have a deep understanding and assessment of PC, Server and Storage markets.
Key Requisites:
- Should have a good understanding & knowledge of Enterprise / B2B business.
- Experience in Managing Laptop, Desktop & Workstation Product Category / Server / Storage / Accessories Product Management & Sales: 7 Years of experience.
- Preferred background experience: Core Laptop & Desktop / Server & Storage Product sales / category management.
