Role Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Mobility to drive the growth and success of Enterprise Mobile Solutions, including device-led offerings, app security, and commercial mobility programs. The role requires strong expertise in solution creation, enterprise selling, and cross-functional execution, with ownership across solutions, sales enablement, P&L, and go-to-market strategy.
- The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, ISVs, and the Product Head to build scalable mobility solutions that deliver long-term customer value, retention, and profitability across industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Mobility & Solutions Leadership:
- Act as a subject-matter expert in Enterprise Mobile Solutions, including device and application security.
- Represent the organization as a mobility expert at customer events, forums, and industry interactions.
- Develop and promote commercial solutions and offerings aimed at increasing enterprise mobile device adoption (iPhones, iPads).
Product Strategy & Business Ownership:
- Own and drive the success of initiatives, programs, and projects for the assigned region.
- Partner with the Product Head to identify, design, and launch enterprise mobility solution offerings across industry verticals.
- Drive both top-line and bottom-line performance of the mobility business through effective planning and execution.
Take end-to-end ownership of Enterprise Mobile Solutions as a business, including:
- Solutions
- Sales enablement
- P&L ownership
- Marketing support
- Inventory & Commercial Planning
- Manage inventory planning, including forecasting, demand planning, and buying.
- Align inventory strategies with sales forecasts and GTM plans to ensure optimal availability and profitability.
- Sales Enablement & GTM Execution
- Work closely with Sales teams to maximize mobility solution and device penetration within existing B2B customers.
- Identify, onboard, and partner with ISVs to build integrated mobility solutions and GTM strategies.
Lead and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, coordinating across:
- Customers
- Sales teams
- ISV engineering teams
- Create and deliver compelling solution pitches to enterprise customers.
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and solution requirements.
- Solution Design & Documentation
- Document product and solution requirements clearly and comprehensively.
- Define workflows and functional requirements in collaboration with ISVs and internal teams.
- Ensure solution roadmaps align with long-term customer benefits, retention, and profitability.
Key Requisites & Skills:
- Strong background in solution selling or solution creation within enterprise mobility or technology solutions.
- Alternatively, experience in concept selling or business management roles in the technology industry.
- Good understanding of enterprise mobile ecosystems, devices, and applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen; nimble with numbers and comfortable owning commercial outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale new solution offerings.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
