Role Summary:

The Head of Sourcing will be responsible for leading and driving the organization's end-to-end candidate acquisition strategy across all sourcing channels. This role will oversee the B2C Sales, B2B Sales, Government Partnerships, and Performance Marketing functions to ensure a consistent and scalable pipeline of qualified candidates for AIM's international mobility programs. As a member of the leadership team, the incumbent will develop sourcing strategies, build high-performing teams, establish strategic partnerships, drive revenue-linked sourcing targets, and ensure optimal conversion across the candidate acquisition funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the overall sourcing and candidate acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly sourcing plans to achieve candidate onboarding targets.

- Identify and evaluate new sourcing channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.

- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on business expansion and growth initiatives.

- Build scalable acquisition models for various international mobility programs.

2. B2C Sales Management:

- Lead and manage the direct-to-candidate sales team.

- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

- Drive lead generation, counseling, conversion, and candidate onboarding.

- Optimize sales processes to improve conversion ratios and customer experience.

- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual enrollment targets.

3. B2B Sales & Channel Partnerships:

- Develop partnerships with educational institutions, training centers, consultants, coaching institutes, and other channel partners.

- Expand the organization's referral and partner ecosystem.

- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with strategic partners.

- Monitor partner performance and maximize channel productivity.

4. Government Partnerships:

- Establish and maintain relationships with central and state government departments, skill development missions, employment exchanges, universities, and government-backed institutions.

- Identify opportunities under government-sponsored skill development and international placement initiatives.

- Represent AIM in government forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

- Drive candidate sourcing through public sector partnerships and collaborations.

5. Performance Marketing Leadership:

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive quality lead generation.

- Monitor lead acquisition costs, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics.

- Optimize digital marketing spend and ROI.

- Utilize data analytics to improve sourcing outcomes and campaign performance.

6. Candidate Acquisition & Funnel Management:

- Own the complete sourcing funnel from lead generation to candidate onboarding.

- Establish and monitor conversion benchmarks at every stage.

- Ensure quality, quantity, and timeliness of candidate onboarding.

- Develop systems for candidate engagement, nurturing, and retention.

- Build forecasting models to ensure consistent candidate pipeline availability.

7. Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional sourcing teams.

- Establish a high-performance culture driven by accountability and results.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and capability-building initiatives.

- Identify organizational capability gaps and implement development plans.

- Drive employee engagement and retention within the department.

8. Analytics & Reporting:

- Develop and monitor key sourcing dashboards and business metrics.

- Present regular performance updates to the CEO.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sourcing effectiveness.

- Drive data-backed decision-making across all sourcing functions.

- Candidate onboarding numbers

- Revenue contribution from sourced candidates

- Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate

- Cost per acquisition (CPA)

- Digital marketing ROI

- B2B partner acquisition and productivity

- Government partnership effectiveness

- Team productivity and target achievement

- Candidate quality and retention metrics.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience:

- 12-18 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, candidate acquisition, admissions, staffing, recruitment, education, skilling, international mobility, immigration, or related sectors.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing large cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition and sales functions.

- Experience managing multiple sourcing channels simultaneously.

- Exposure to government liaison and strategic partnerships will be highly preferred.
