About Amoga:

Role Overview:

As part of the Founders' Office, you will work directly with the leadership team to design, execute, and scale go-to-market strategies across multiple markets. You will own demand generation, positioning, and revenue-driving initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with accelerated exposure and a fast track to leadership for the right performer.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with the founders to run high-velocity growth experiments for building and positioning the product.

- Build and scale GTM strategies across regions; drive pipeline growth and measurable business impact.

- Develop competitive positioning and market intelligence frameworks; enable sales with narratives and assets.

- Apply out-of-the-box thinking to identify new use cases and build ready-to-use apps using Amoga.

- Collaborate with Sales teams to accelerate implementations and support faster deal closures.

- Build and showcase Amoga low-code/no-code apps to drive product-led growth and customer education.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-4 years in growth, marketing, or entrepreneurship within startups/SaaS, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Tier-1/Tier-2 academic background (IIM/ISB/MICA/IIT or equivalent).

- Creative strategist with strong execution and experimentation chops.

- Comfortable with ambiguity; thrives on high ownership, speed, and measurable outcomes.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence with Sales, Product, and Leadership.
