Role Overview

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer success. As part of the Founders Office, youll work directly with the leadership team on mission-critical projectsranging from customer success excellence and product innovation to revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Youll own end-to-end initiatives: designing scalable playbooks, building competitive solutions, driving adoption with customers, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact. This role is also a defined pathway toward Product Management or leadership roles within 23 years.

What Youll Do

- Work hand-in-hand with the founders on priority projects with clear business outcomes.

- Build out-of-the-box applications on Amoga to deepen product intuition and influence the roadmap.

- Drive creation of competitive, customer-first solutions that stand out in the market.

- Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to land and scale strategic bets.

- Build SOPs, processes, and cadences that scale across teams and markets.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and deliver executive-ready insights.

- Scale programs like solution playbooks, partnerships, and enablement initiatives.

- Own the customer journey for key accounts, ensuring customer success and adoption at speed and scale.

What Were Looking For

- 3-4 years of experience in strategy/consulting, BizOps, program management, customer success, or founders office roles.

- Tier-1/Tier-2 academic background (IIM/ISB/IIT, MESA School, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving and project management skills (OKRs, dashboards, risk management).

- Excellent communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management.

- Customer-first mindset: ability to translate customer needs into product and operational strategies.

- Hustle + first-principles thinking; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Before Ameyo, he worked at Hughes Software Systems for 2 years. Bishal is a founding member of iSPIRT and a member of NASSCOM Product Council. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Guwahati.
