About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced AML Manager to lead compliance operations for a dynamic, fast-scaling fintech organization. The role is suited for professionals with a strong grounding in anti-money laundering regulations, a strategic mindset, and team leadership capabilities. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to global financial crime compliance while driving high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the AML team; manage performance, training, and workflow distribution

- Develop, review, and implement AML policies in line with global regulatory requirements

- Monitor transaction activity, identify unusual patterns, and manage alert investigations

- Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in a timely manner

- Oversee Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk profiles

- Conduct periodic internal reviews and reporting on AML compliance status

- Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and other international laws

- Support audits and regulatory examinations as needed

- Facilitate internal AML awareness programs and regulatory training

What We're Looking For

- CAMS Certification is mandatory

- 8-15 years of AML / financial crime compliance experience, preferably within fintech or BFSI

- Demonstrated expertise in CDD, EDD, and SAR preparation

- Familiarity with transaction monitoring tools and case management systems

- Excellent communication and report-writing skills

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership abilities

- Up-to-date knowledge of international AML regulations and trends
