Marketing Manager

Location: Pune


Shift Timing: 08:30 PM to 05:30 AM IST


Objective


The main objective is to be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for AMISEQ to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Create brand awareness of AMISEQ, strengthening the positioning and perception as a value-based IT services provider.


Qualifications/Skills Required


- Bachelors/Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

- Exceptional creative and innovative thinking capabilities.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Collaborating with management to identify and create unique designs for various purposes.

- Creativity and writing skills are required.

- Excellent communication and people skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time to deliver results on time and

under budget.

- Experience working closely with a sales organization with a strong affinity for sales team success.

- Previous sales experience is a strong plus.


Responsibilities


- Introduce & implement new marketing initiatives and ensure they're aligned with the organizational goals & objectives.


- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

- Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership.

- Manage strong digital presence across all media and social platforms while optimizing reach and media spend.

- Formulate a detailed event management plan.

- Prepare and adhere to budgets.

- Conduct market surveys & research study of competitors.

- Deepen relationships with media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

- Introduce offers/promotions for channel partners across the region.

- Manage & develop online portals of the organization.

- Manage events independently and physically participate in conjunction with the various territory managers.

- Device and formulate a marketing incentive plan based on marketing revenues.

- Manage and build the marketing team.

- Willing to travel across regions for events & conferences.
