Job Description:

The Senior Associate, Content Data Analyst supports global content strategy and senior-leadership reporting by delivering scalable analytics, standardized metrics, and actionable insights across the content ecosystem. This role is internally focused on operational health, content ecosystem efficiency, capability goals, and performance visibility.

The analyst will design advanced dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI, SQL, Python, and strong visualization practices. Outputs from this role are expected to support senior leadership narratives by translating complex ecosystem data into concise, decision-ready insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build advanced dashboards, analytical models, and reusable reporting assets using Power BI, SQL, Python, and strong data visualization practices.

- Integrate data from AEM and other content ecosystem platforms to create unified reporting views and insight narratives.

- Apply analytical techniques to uncover trends, efficiency opportunities, content optimization signals, and capability-level progress.

- Partner with U.S. Content Strategy, global, regional, and operational stakeholders to align reporting priorities and success measures.

- Define and operationalize global content performance metrics, including reuse, velocity, quality, cost efficiency, adoption, and capability progress.

- Establish standardized metric definitions, reporting methodologies, and documentation for global content analytics.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5-9 years of experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, digital content analytics, marketing analytics, or global reporting.

- Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization/storytelling for leadership audiences.

- Experience with AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, DAM, or related enterprise content platforms is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, executive storytelling, and ability to influence stakeholders through data-backed recommendations.
