Amgen - Business Performance & Analytics Manager - Supply Chain

Role Summary:

The Business Performance and Analytics Manager leads the team supporting the Global Planning Network and Site Supply Chain organizations. This role is responsible for delivering integrated business intelligence, performance reporting, digital solutions, and advanced analytics that enable data-driven decision making across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary integrator of business performance across the Global Planning Network and Site Supply Chain organizations.

- Foster strong partnerships across Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning, Digital Technology, and Site Supply Chain teams.

- Establish common KPI definitions, reporting standards, and governance processes.

- Connect operational, planning, and financial insights into a cohesive business performance narrative.

- Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise analytics capabilities including executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and predictive analytics.

- Partner with Finance to improve visibility of supply chain financial performance including budget tracking, logistics costs, and inventory carrying costs.

- Lead initiatives that simplify processes, automate reporting, and standardize analytics.

Basic Qualifications:

- 8 - 13 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related business functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience leading or supervising business analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, or operations teams in a complex global organization.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

- Knowledge of SAP platforms (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, IBP) and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
